The 2025 Cadillac OPTIQ, coming soon to Riverside Cadillac of Cartersville in Georgia – near Rome, Acworth, Marietta, and Dallas – is the latest all-electric SUV to join Cadillac’s expanding EV lineup. Cadillac has kept mum about the concrete details for this brand-new vehicle; however it will be smaller than its Lyriq model sibling. There are also rumors that while it is a compact crossover/SUV, it does have larger exterior dimensions than the CT4 and CT5 sedans. Photos released from Cadillac show a bold orange body color paired with a black roof, so two-tone color schemes will at least be an option. We can also see the iconic Cadillac front end with stacked lighting and chiseled hood lines.

As with all GM EVs, this SUV will be on the Ultium platform, which has offered thrilling horsepower and impressive total mileage range. We could see a standard single motor/RWD powertrain and an available dual-motor/AWD powertrain which will offer higher horsepower. And since the Ultium-powered EVs have their powertrain on the bottom of the vehicle, you’ll have not only a spacious cargo area in the back but extra storage space under the front hood.
